Our Longstanding aged 18–35 [and NEW Summer aged 13-17) programme(s) (Belfast and Downpatrick) provide a structured and supportive space for autistic and neurodivergent adults to build confidence, develop friendships, and engage in creative social‑arts activities.

Sessions focus on:

-
Increasing independence
-
Strengthening peer relationships
-
Supporting wellbeing within a positive, structured group environment
These programmes are designed for individuals who:

-
Are autistic and/or neurodivergent
-
May have an associated learning disability
-
Are able to engage in a small‑group setting with support and guidance
-
Do not present high‑risk support needs (i.e. can participate safely within a community-based group environment)
Our programmes aim to support those who are relatively independent but may benefit from structured social opportunities, routine, and confidence-building support.
These programmes are currently operating at full capacity; however, we are now building a waiting list for upcoming cycles and strongly encourage referrals to be submitted in advance.
