Spectrum Creations builds on the foundations of Spectrum Sphere and offers an extended, developmental programme for autistic and neurodivergent adults aged 18–35 seeking deeper connection, creativity and personal growth. Delivered in 10-week cycles with the option to re-enrol, the programme provides continuity and the opportunity to remain part of a consistent and familiar BASE community over time.
Each weekly session combines creative collaboration with a dedicated focus on understanding autism and neurodivergence, supporting identity development, self-awareness and communication confidence. Participants can work towards an OCN NI Level 2 accreditation in Understanding Autism Conditions and may access additional opportunities including co-facilitation experience, external training involvement and structured leadership development.

Monthly social activities, optional online engagement through the BASE Minecraft realm, and a moderated peer WhatsApp group support friendship development and sustained connection beyond weekly sessions.
A modest programme contribution supports staffing, resources and progression opportunities, ensuring Spectrum Creations remains high quality, structured and rooted in BASE’s profit-for-purpose social enterprise model.
