Spectrum Sphere is a fully funded, structured 10-week entry programme designed to provide a safe and welcoming starting point for autistic and neurodivergent individuals aged 16–24. Each cohort meets weekly for a 2-hour session, combining creative activities, structured social interaction and guided group participation in a sensory-aware environment.

The programme offers an accessible introduction to BASE, enabling participants to build confidence, develop communication skills and experience group connection at a pace that feels manageable and supported. Clear routines, predictable structure and autism-informed facilitation help participants feel secure while exploring new friendships and shared experiences.
Spectrum Sphere is particularly suited to those who are new to group settings, returning to community life, or seeking a gentle and supported pathway into longer-term involvement at BASE.
