Brothers Autism Social Enterprise (BASE) provides specialist Neurodiversity Environment Consultancy, supporting organisations to create workplaces, buildings and environments that are inclusive, accessible and supportive for autistic and neurodivergent individuals.

 

Our consultancy combines academic expertise, lived experience, and practical programme delivery to help organisations understand how sensory environments, communication approaches, workplace structures and environmental design influence the wellbeing, confidence and participation of neurodivergent people.

David combines over two decades of experience supporting autistic individuals with strong academic foundations in psychology and autism research.

Qualifications include:

• PgDip Autism Spectrum Disorders

• PhD Candidate – Autism & Bereavement

 

Through BASE, David leads programmes that support autistic adults through creative engagement, learning opportunities and supported employment pathways.
