Over >35 - Belfast
Spectrum Creations offers a structured and developmental programme for autistic and neurodivergent adults aged >35, focused on building confidence, meaningful social connection, and personal growth through creative and engaging group experiences. Delivered in 10‑week cycles with the option to re‑enrol, the programme provides continuity and the opportunity to remain part of a consistent and familiar BASE community over time.

Each weekly session combines creative, social‑arts collaboration with a focus on developing self‑understanding, communication confidence, and awareness of autism and neurodivergence in a practical and accessible way. Participants engage within a structured group environment designed to support independence, reflection, and positive peer interaction.
Participants will have the opportunity to better understanding Autism Conditions, Neurodivergent types, and mental health strength & resilience - as well as form positive-friendships and feel a sense of belonging. Members will have access to further development opportunities such as co‑facilitation experience, involvement in external training, and structured leadership progression. Monthly social activities, optional online engagement through the BASE Minecraft realm, and a moderated peer WhatsApp group supporting friendship development and sustained connection beyond weekly sessions.

A modest programme contribution supports staffing, resources, and progression opportunities, ensuring Spectrum Creations remains high quality, structured, and aligned with BASE’s profit‑for‑purpose social enterprise model.
